Anna's Solo At Our Christmas Cantata

Someone posted this on Facebook today.

I needed it.

I wrote a really long post last night.

But I didn't publish it.

Not sure if I will or not.

But I am sure I needed to hear my girl sing today.

And God must have known that.

My beautiful baby girl.

All grown up.

Making her own way in our world...

one solo,
one test,
one semester,
one dream

at a time.

Anna's microphone was messed up for the first part
but she powered on and did a great job
despite the lack of amplification.

Her voice is pure.
Her voice is tender yet strong.
Her voice is glorious.
Her voice is holy.
Her voice is just beautiful.

As is she.

Listening to her sing
ALWAYS brings me pure JOY!

(whether it's when she's singing in her bedroom
and doesn't know I'm listening
or when she's singing in front of an entire congregation)

And I certainly needed some joy today!

Thank you, Anthony, for posting this.

It was great!
