Vacation - Busch Gardens / Water Country USA - Williamsburg, VA

June 18 - June 24, 2013

Vacation with my brother and his family.

Janna, Anna, Wesley, and Luke.
Jamie, Sally, Jay, Sarah, and Kaylee.

6 nights, 5 days at the parks - 3 at Busch Gardens - 2 at Water Country USA.

We played.  We swam.

We rode every ride they wanted to - over and over and over.
Kaylee cried when she was too short to ride something.  The child has no fear.
Anna, Wesley, and Luke rode EVERY single roller coaster multiple times.
Even with Anna's fear of heights and Luke being a little timid at first,
they conquered them all.  And I bought them the t-shirts that said so.
Thank you, Jamie, for riding with them.  I rode one of them.  My back couldn't take the others.

My Wesley was wearing his dad's tennis shoes.  And he is almost as tall as Jamie now.

We swam and rode all of the rides at the water park.
We lunched at and in the car each day.

Our van was always easy to spot at the end of the day.  We were among the last to leave each night.

We went out to eat.  Kaylee wore her pajamas one night.  So cute.

All of our kids get along so well.  They have SO MUCH FUN together - no matter what we are doing.  They always have.  I'm pretty sure they always will.

(I am posting lots of photos but considering that I took 737 photos over the 6 days,
this really is just a fraction of them).

Kaylee hurt her knee.  All of the children were encouraging her that she would be okay.  They were showing her all of their scars from over the years.

Janna, you did a great job with the pictures! Wish you were in even more of them (-: We had such a great fun and loving time and you did a great job capturing that. Thanks for sharing your family with us!

It's been a while since I checked in. I'm so glad I did today. Your Busch Gardens photos reminded me of when Dad was in the Navy and we lived in Virginia Beach. I loved Busch Gardens! I loved how each section was a different "country" from the Old Country. :-) Do they still have the Loch Ness Monster coaster? I really liked seeing your kids and Jamie & Sally's kids together. The love really does come through! Beautiful pictures, beautiful family! Lots of love to you all.
